Delivery note / Receipt
About delivery note (order statement)
At our shop, we will send you an order statement together with the purchased product.
If you submit an order with a different delivery address from the purchaser and you need the order statement, please mention it in the remark’s column.
We will email you the order statement (attached PDF).
About receipts
Receipts will be replaced with the following documents.
● Credit card payment
Usage statement issued by your credit card company.
● Bank transfer
Transfer certificate (receipt) issued by each financial institution
* For online banking customers, print out the screen after the transfer payment is completed.
● Cash on delivery
Receipt given by the delivery company when the package is delivered.
